(13) Allah is He Who sends the winds, so that they raise clouds, and spread them along the sky as He wills, and then break them into fragments, until you see rain drops come forth from their midst! Then when He has made them fall on whom of His slaves as He wills, lo, they rejoice!

(14) And when a wave covers them like shades (i.e. like clouds or the mountains of sea-water), they invoke Allah, making their invocations for Him only. But when He brings them safe to land, there are among them those that stop in between (Belief and disbelief). But none denies Our Signs except every perfidious ingrate.

(15) And it is Allah Who sends the winds, so that they raise up the clouds, and We drive them to a dead land, and revive therewith the earth after its death. As such (will be) the Resurrection!

(16) By those (angels) who drive the clouds in a good way.

(17) And (the clouds) that bear heavy weight of water.

(18) And if they were to see a piece of the heaven falling down, they would say: "clouds gathered in heaps!"

(19) Is it you who cause it from the rain-clouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down?

(20) And by the winds that scatter clouds and rain.
