The Hawariyyun (the disciples) said: "We are Allah's helpers" (i.e. we will strive in His Cause!). Then a group of the Children of Israel believed and a group disbelieved. So We gave power to those who believed against their enemies, and they became the victorious (uppermost).

(33) It almost bursts up with fury. Every time a group is cast therein, its keeper will ask: "Did no warner come to you?"

(36) 'There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary; we are groups having different ways (religious sects).

(37) The Day when the Trumpet will be blown, and you shall come forth in crowds (groups after groups). [Tafsir At-Tabari]

(38) That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds.
