(23) In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah).

(24) And, when they are admonished, pay no heed,-

(25) Then see what was the end of those who were admonished (but heeded not),-

(26) But when it descends into the open space before them, evil will be the morning for those who were warned (and heeded not)!

(27) Is one who worships devoutly during the hour of the night prostrating himself or standing (in adoration), who takes heed of the Hereafter, and who places his hope in the Mercy of his Lord - (like one who does not)? Say: "Are those equal, those who know and those who do not know? It is those who are endued with understanding that receive admonition.

(28) Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed.

(29) (It will be said:) "Thou wast heedless of this; now have We removed thy veil, and sharp is thy sight this Day!"
