(23) They who turn (to Allah), who serve (Him), who praise (Him), who fast, who bow down, who prostrate themselves, who enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil, and who keep the limits of Allah; and give good news to the believers.

(24) Then did We raise up after him apostles to their people, so they came to them with clear arguments, but they would not believe in what they had rejected before; thus it is that We set seals upon the hearts of those who exceed the limits.

(25) And do not kill any one whom Allah has forbidden, except for a just cause, and whoever is slain unjustly, We have indeed given to his heir authority, so let him not exceed the just limits in slaying; surely he is aided.

(26) Go to Firon, surely he has exceeded all limits.

(27) But whoever seeks to go beyond that, these are they that exceed the limits;

(28) And leave what your Lord has created for you of your wives? Nay, you are a people exceeding limits.

(29) Forbidder of good, exceeder of limits, doubter,

(30) This is what you were promised, (it is) for every one who turns frequently (to Allah), keeps (His limits);
