(144) Verily, those who believe not in the hereafter, name the angels with female names.

But in the hereafter (there is) a severe torment (for the disbelievers - evil-doers), and (there is) Forgiveness from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure (for the believers - good-doers). And the life of this world is only a deceiving enjoyment.

(148) And had it not been that Allah had decreed exile for them, He would certainly have punished them in this world; and in the hereafter theirs shall be the torment of the Fire.

(149) They are like their immediate predecessors (the Jews of Banu Qainuqa', who suffered); they tasted the evil result of their conduct, and (in the hereafter, there is) for them a painful torment.

(150) O you who believe! Take not as friends the people who incurred the Wrath of Allah (i.e. the Jews). Surely, they have despaired of (receiving any good in) the hereafter, just as the disbelievers have despaired of those (buried) in graves (that they will not be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection).
