(198) And the Word (of torment) will be fulfilled against them, because they have done wrong, and they will be unable to speak (in order to defend themselves).

(199) And it will be said (to them): "Call upon your (so-called) partners (of Allah)", and they will call upon them, but they will give no answer to them, and they will see the torment. (They will then wish) if only they had been guided!

(200) And those who disbelieve in the Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah and the Meeting with Him, it is they who have no hope of My Mercy: and it is they who will have a painful torment.
