(177) And disobeyed (each) the messenger of their Lord; so He punished them with an abundant Penalty.

(178) Because of their sins they were drowned (in the flood), and were made to enter the Fire (of punishment): and they found- in lieu of Allah- none to help them.

(179) Say: "I know not whether the (punishment) which ye are promised is near, or whether my Lord will appoint for it a distant term.

(180) But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger; so We seized him with a heavy punishment.
