We gave them the shade of clouds, and sent down to them manna and quails, (saying): "Eat of the good things We have provided for you": (but they rebelled); to Us they did no harm, but they harmed their own souls.

(4) And We made the son of Mary and his mother as a Sign: We gave them both shelter on high ground, affording rest and security and furnished with springs.

(5) So We expelled them from gardens, springs,

(6) "And Gardens and springs.

(7) "Gardens and springs,

(8) And We produce therein orchard with date-palms and vines, and We cause springs to gush forth therein:

(9) For it is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hell-Fire:

(10) Seest thou not that Allah sends down rain from the sky, and leads it through springs in the earth? Then He causes to grow, therewith, produce of various colours: then it withers; thou wilt see it grow yellow; then He makes it dry up and crumble away. Truly, in this, is a Message of remembrance to men of understanding.
