(15) And when he attained his maturity and became full grown, We granted him wisdom and knowledge; and thus do We reward those who do good (to others).

(16) He created the heavens without pillars as you see them, and put mountains upon the earth lest it might convulse with you, and He spread in it animals of every kind; and We sent down water from the cloud, then caused to grow therein (vegetation) of every noble kind.

(17) But they turned aside, so We sent upon them a torrent of which the rush could not be withstood, and in place of their two gardens We gave to them two gardens yielding bitter fruit and (growing) tamarisk and a few lote-trees.

(18) Glory be to Him Who created pairs of all things, of what the earth grows, and of their kind and of what they do not know.

(19) Surely it is a tree that-grows in the bottom of the hell;

(20) And We caused to grow up for him a gourdplant.
