And in the Hereafter there is grievous punishment, and (also) forgiveness from Allah and His good pleasure, whereas the life of the world is but matter of illusion.

(53) He will let loose the sky for you in plenteous rain,

(54) And have sent down from the rainy clouds abundant water,

(55) Thereby to produce grain and plant,

(56) But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust,

(58) By the heaven which giveth the returning rain,
