(1721) Verily, those who put into trial the believing men and believing women (by torturing them and burning them), and then do not turn in repentance (to Allah), then they will have the torment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the burning Fire.

(1722) Verily, those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). That is the great success.

(1723) And Allah encompasses them from behind! (i.e. all their deeds are within His Knowledge, and He will requite them for their deeds).

(1724) So give a respite to the disbelievers; deal gently with them for a while.

(1725) Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them).

(1726) No food will there be for them but a poisonous thorny plant,

(1727) So remind them (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) - you are only one who reminds.

(1728) You are not a dictator over them -

(1729) There is indeed in them (the above oaths) sufficient proofs for men of understanding (and that, they should avoid all kinds of sins and disbeliefs)!

(1730) And (with) Fir'aun (Pharaoh) who had the stakes (to torture men by binding them to the stakes)?
